Machinetron Automation Pvt Ltd [MAPL], Incorporated in the year 2004 in Chennai, India.The principal focus on providing Industrial automation solution for curing room equipment and tire building machines in tire manufacturing industries in India and abroad.The curing room equipment in tire industries, comprises of Tire Curing Press, Segmented Mould Operator, Vertical Chuck Loader and Post Cure Inflator.

The Tire Building machines includes passenger radial tire building machines of both first stage and second stage, truck tire building machines and OTR tire building machines. MAPL core competence is the design knowledge for providing the control & automation solution by using PLC’s, AC Servo, AC Drive, Electronic, Pneumatic instruments and sensors in the curing room equipment and tire building machines.
